My Official Holiday Gift Guide

11.20.2020 — Ashley

Hey, Frenshe fam! Can you believe the holidays are so soon!? I can barely wrap my head around the fact that Thanksgiving is next week. This only means that it’s time to get your annual holiday shopping done! I wanted to share some of the gifts I’m getting for friends and family this year. I know that shopping for even the closest people in your lives can be so difficult, so I wanted to help take some of the stress off. We could all use less stress in 2020, right?

I tried to pick out gifts that would bring everyone a sense of comfort and peace, which is super relevant for the way this year is going. Take the trouble out of shopping this year, and add these to your gift list for your inner circle! This is my official holiday gift guide for 2020.

For Mom

My mom loves treating herself to a pedicure! However, we know that nail salons were closed for the majority of this year, so we had to (literally) take matters into our own hands. To help my mom get creative while pampering herself at home, I’m getting her this super cute pedicure kit by Olive and June. It’s a full system including a foot file, nail polish remover pot, large flat edge clippers, nail file, cuticle remover, cuticle pusher, mini buffer, foot serum, and more. You can also choose if you want the tool kit by itself, or with one or six nail polishes.

For Dad

This is the priciest item on my list, but where would we be without our dads? They deserve the best! My dad is not fond of massages but he does have back problems dating back to when he was younger. He works as a contractor and needs his body for a lot of it, so I wanted to get him a Theragun to help treat his muscles after those long days at work. Theragun also has a CBD body balm stick for helping soothe your muscles as well. I know this one is a splurge, but thankfully some retailers (such as Revolve) have AfterPay as an option. Another great massager is this version by HoMedics which is also more budget-friendly.

For Your Sister

Since we’re spending so much time at home, everyone is going through their candles so much faster! I loved this set of mini Diptyque candles featuring five of the brand’s most popular scents. They’re also travel-size so if whoever you gift this to finds a scent that they absolutely love they can upgrade to a bigger size and make it their go-to candle. It also doesn’t hurt that the candles are literally gorgeous. I might buy one for myself while I’m at it!

For Him

Whether it’s your significant other, your brother, or a close friend, the special guys in your life deserve a great gift too! This year I wanted to get my husband something that was super comfortable for all of the time we’re spending together at home. SSHHH…don’t tell him, but I definitely got Chris a pair of these slippers by Vince. He’s not a huge fan of slippers, but since he works from home I figured something cozier would be nice! They’re sleek, sophisticated, and don’t really look like slippers.

For Your Besties

Last, but not least, you can’t forget your girlfriends! My friends are some of my favorite people to shop for because we’re so similar, and it’s easy for me to think of something I’d like to buy for myself too. Let’s face it, we all need to clear out 2020! So, I thought what better gifts to get my friends than crystals and sage? This kit is perfect for wrapping up this WILD year! Moon and Jai has a variety of kits to choose from, including this High Vibe Home Ritual Kit too if you’re looking to uplift your surroundings along with cleansing them. I found a super affordable version of a similar kit here too.
