Frenshe is a community for women (and all those women-identifying), by women. In honor of International Women’s Day being today, we wanted to reflect and thank the women who’ve helped make Frenshe what it is. In a short time, we’ve connected with the best experts across different fields including wellness, beauty, nutrition, and so much more. Ahead, you’ll find an extensive list of the women we’ve featured on the site thus far. We can’t wait to have more incredible content on the way from inspiring women across the board. The list will only grow from here!

Christie Uipi

Christie Uipi is a psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of chronic pain and anxiety disorders. Her focus is on both chronic pain and anxiety because these two things are intimately linked—a concept that feels particularly relevant this year, as so many of us are working harder than ever to preserve our physical and mental wellness.

Kamie Crawford

Kamie’s a multi-hyphenate who’s paved a way for herself that’s not only left her with a stellar resume, but a well-deserved fanbase to match. Today, she’s a co-host on MTV’s Catfish, and also advocates for everything from social justice to body positivity to her audience of over 200k followers.

Jen Robin 

Jen is a master organizer who’s been helping clients since 2014. She teaches her clients and followers that life is more than all the things we collect, store and pack away. Jen helped Ashley organize her kitchen and pantry staples, along with many tips for de-cluttering her space.

Geri Hirsch

As an OG fashion blogger, Geri has inspired her audience for over a decade with her blog Because I’m Addicted. She’s also the Creative Director and on the founding team of the luxury clean makeup line, Saie Beauty.

Bianca Valle

Bianca is a beauty editor turned holistic nutritionist and shares the key elements for leading a healthy life with her audience. When she’s not having one-on-one’s with her nutrition clients, you can find her working on her art in her New York City apartment, cooking, creating wellness “zines”, or serving a ton of realness to her 62k followers online.

Steph Shep

Stephanie is an environmental advocate, social entrepreneur, and co-founder of Future Earth—an educational media platform. She also serves as an ambassador for various clean living and climate initiatives, including The Environmental Working Group, Former Vice President Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project, and World War Zero, a climate change initiative led by former Secretary of State, John Kerry.

Deepika Chopra

Also known as the ‘Optimism Doctor’, Deepika Chopra helps people everywhere shift their mindset and focus on the glass half full perspective. Her focus is on helping others feel compassion within themselves, focus on their strengths, and create rituals that they can stick to.

Christie Kidd

As Ashley’s personal skincare guru, Christie Kidd helps clients everywhere improve their skin health with the right products. She specializes in acne and breakouts and shared all of her tips with us here at Frenshe.

Shenae Grimes-Beach

You’ve seen Shenae grace your television screens, but she’s also a self-made beauty guru. Shenae shared her clean beauty tips with Frenshe, including how to transition your own routine to be more sustainable.

Renee Rouleau

Celebrity esthetician and skin expert, Renee Rouleau, also built her namesake skincare line which has quickly become a cult-favorite. She helped Frenshe readers refresh their skincare routines for the fall season with easy, manageable tips.

Arielle Estoria

Arielle is a poet, author, speaker, and all-around motivator. She’s also a body positivity advocate and inspires women everywhere to love themselves as they are and love the bodies they’re in.

Maxine Goynes

The wellness coach, personal trainer, and mindset master has shared her tips with Frenshe a few times now. We love Maxine’s fresh approach to fitness and health, and her workout videos have helped get us through quarantine.

Trinity is the mastermind behind the Instagram-worthy brand, Golde. The wellness and skincare brand has grown exponentially over the last year, and for good reason. When we wanted to help our audience with facts and research surrounding breast cancer, we turned to Nicole. She’s a lead at Breast Cancer Prevention Partners, where the organization helps women with preventative measures surrounding breast cancer.

It’s unlikely that you haven’t heard of Shani Darden by now. The celebrity facialist constantly shares her skincare tips to her online audience and also has a product line that is now available at Sephora. If you want to learn more about ingredients, such as retinol, Shani’s got you covered.

The Melissa Wood Health method is another workout program that has helped get us through quarantine. Melissa’s also a meditation expert and can help you stay grounded, no matter how tough times get.

Jessica Nusbaum 

Lori is a holistic nutritionist who helps clients with her judgement-free approach. She also helps people with food anxiety have a better relationship with their meals.

Lori Bregman

Lori is Ashley’s doula and is helping her manage her pregnancy and symptoms. She also teaches women how to approach pregnancy from their own perspective and honor their instincts.

Dr. Sherry A. Ross

As an OB-GYN, Dr. Sherry Ross taught Frenshe readers when their periods are telling signs of a larger medical concern.

Influencer and skincare guru, Celeste Thomas, offers a candid approach to skin and skin health. She’s also a master at DIY-ing her own products.
