While the holiday season is meant to be a joyous one, it’s still very stressful to some. Whether it’s rocky family ties, food anxiety, or anything else that triggers anxious feelings and thoughts, it happens. All of those feelings are valid, but more importantly, they shouldn’t be ignored. The best thing you can do is honor them first, and then set yourself up for success with some positive affirmations. Here, we’re sharing some simple ones to say to yourself in the morning or whenever those uneasy feelings creep up.
