You wouldn’t believe how many I have tried because aren’t we all just looking to have healthy, luscious hair. I have def had a hair journey, and I think there are a lot of parts that go into it. It’s not just vitamins. Now I love all these companies and haven’t had a bad experience with any of them. I’m just going to share with you what was the most effective for me. Nutrafol-I had heard a lot about it, and as much as I would say, I loved it. After being on it for months, I wasn’t seeing a major difference, but I have heard that it works for many people. I wasn’t a huge fan of how much filler is in it, mainly because I take a multivitamin. Gummy bear hair- now I was very skeptical because of how many celebrities do ads for this one, but they are so yummy that I could understand the craze.
The problem was I wanted to eat more than just the two a day. It did help growth, but my hair was still snapping off, so the strength wasn’t there. Now becoming pregnant, you have this upside of beautiful lusciousness and a TON of hair. I’ve never struggled with the thickness of my hair, but I’ve struggled with growth because of color-treating my hair in the past. My hair grew so much being pregnant, but then came to the postnatal hair loss. I was eager to find something that would help with that, mainly because my hair felt dry and completely different texture. I heard about Wellbel from Instagram, and seeing how I was off my prenatal vitamins, I decided to try and see if it would help with everything my hair was going through. I repeat, this is not an ad, nor am I being paid.
The Glamlab supplement has been life-changing. My hair is getting so long. After a couple of months of being on it, I have stopped losing hair, and it feels healthy and strong. I do want to add that it isn’t just vitamins. I do believe how I treat my hair is also why it’s growing. I have stopped bleaching my hair and have a more natural color. I also use less heat as I let it air dry more (something the pandemic taught me) and sleep in a deep conditioner once a week when I know ill be putting more heat on it. I hope this helps, as after months and years of trying different hair vitamins, finding one that works was a life changer!
