I’ve always heard people talk about how pregnancy changes your hair. I didn’t really notice these changes until after I had my Juju, but boy…was there a difference. As you guys probably know, I have really thick and curly natural hair. After giving birth, my hair has become thinner, more brittle, and dryer than usual. I knew I had to switch my routine to prevent breakage, fallout, and even more thinning. Being a new mom is hard enough, and dealing with hair loss and hair changes in general isn’t easy either. I wanted to share what’s been working for me in hopes that it can help anyone who’s experiencing the same thing.
