Staying grounded isn’t as easy as it sounds. But, what if we told you that setting up a customized grounding station at home can help? Well, it’s true. Ashley is a big advocate for meditation, wellness, and of course, staying as grounded as possible. She has her own grounding station at home and we’re dishing on everything you’ll need to create your own.
Find a spot in your home that works with your needs and the things you’d like in your space. Whether it’s a corner in your bedroom, or outside on the patio, make sure that you feel the most comfortable before setting it up.
Try out some different decor styles and find which one makes you feel the most at peace. Don’t be afraid to move things around, add or remove items, and switch it up until it feels “right”.
Block out at least an hour of your time and enjoy your grounding station. This is your safe space, and you deserve to spend as much time in it as possible.
